If you think your website and email are down and not working then try looking at a 3rd party website (like google or facebook) then look at the Delicious Webdesign website and if all are down then it’s a problem with your Internet connection or browser or PC. If you can get on to a 3rd party website but not your own website then probably you have been ‘IP Blocked’due to an event that the server thinks is a security breach attempt (like forgetting your password then entering an ‘incorrect’ password too many times)
We can check when you report this and 99.9% of the time will tell you that your website up and fine from this location, as well as being up from all locations apart from your own. We will then offer the advice that if you can’t get onto your website or use your email to reboot your router then when on the website to press ctrl+r in your browser (to refresh your cache) and if its still down then give us your IP address. You can find your IP address by searching for ‘IP address lookup’ and clicking on a website that provides it. Once received we will unblock your IP address
If when we unblock your IP address you find that everything works then that means your IP was blocked probably as you tried the wrong password too many times.
