We took over the hosting of this website when we took over the running of another Essex based website design company after the website owner said she had been trying to contact the previous website design company for weeks without any success. They complained that they cannot use their web site and needed to be able to access this as they hadn’t been given the FTP details making it not easy for anyone else to get into my website. Was asked to contact them with how we could help them, either by using my web site I already have or setting up a new one. We immediately gave them access to their website and went on to redesign the website fully for them.
