Things change quickly in the website design world, this email writted a few short years ago talks about different designs for mobile websites, nowdays that is very out of fashion and Responsive Design is the most correct, user-friendly, search engine friendly design choice. Its important to know we adapt and change to market trends and customer requirements. It also talks about updating the site using 3rd party software, now all sites are easily updatable by their owners within their own websites using Content Managment Systems like Joomla, Drupal and WordPress.This is included just to show how current trends (newsletters, 3rd Party Software for website updates, Mobile versions of your website) quickly become out of favour and indeed ‘harmful’ to your website.

Website design
Overview: We will reate a new static page website to profile your glazing services with a simple to use navigation complimented by the existing text and images using our unique 5 phase web design process.
The ‘desktop’ design will also be available to mobile devices without loss of quality or actions but I would advise a separate small screen option for mobile phone screen use (see free options below).
Hosting your website
Hosting management: inc domain space, holding page, emails, web stats and more, this service also includes search engine submission, a free Business directory listing, office hours support.
Maintaining your website: we do not charge a maintenance fee. If you require any minor edits to your web pages, ie: typos, a paragraph edit, adding a link – we do not charge. Edits requiring more design time will be priced prior to commencing in writing for your approval. This website design can be updated in your office using 3rd party software (not supplied).
Creating your website
Web Page Draft Design: create a web page draft design to your requirements. The draft design is an on-line model of the final web page. We do not progress this part of the design process until you are 100% satisfied and you sign off the draft design sample.
Static web pages: Using the approved draft design, create static web pages using the text and images supplied, all on-page search engine optimisation will be built into each web page using your trade / service / area specific keywords (please advise). The proposed web pages can be edited using 3rd party applications (not supplied). We recommend Adobe Contribute which I know your IT supplier can provide along with set-up and training. We have several clients already using Adobe Contribute without issue or addition help. It really is an easy to use program that will allow you to edit all page content. More importantly it will allow you to work with Google (see SEO below).

As discussed, all on-page SEO will be built into the html coding as the design progresses based on the trade and geographical keywords provided. We will research these and advise accordingly.
As a web design / SEO company we cannot guarantee you page 1 status on Google and it would be wrong to suggest we have any control over that 3rd party platform (or any other search sites). But, we do have a very good track record and regularly update our clients via newsletter on the present ‘best practice’ with SEO (and other related subjects).
As you know we recently re-designed another website in your sectorand they now enjoy page one status on Google for a variety of competitive search terms including any other trade / area related search terms. Therefore there is no reason that if you work with us we cannot put your business on page one as well – SEO is a bit of a team effort these day!
Payment
All costs subject to terms and sight of draft material. We are not VAT registered so all prices above are inclusive.
Payment terms (web design),
invoice 1: hosting
invoice 2: 50% deposit payment for all proposed design work
invoice 3 (final) 7 days from date of invoice. All prices stated are based on Delicious Webdesign in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex hosting your web pages.
In placing an order to complete all design you accept the terms above.
