A quick trip through some communications we have with PPC / Adwords Clients.
1 When we saw they didnt even have stats for their website available to them. The first thing would be to get the right Analytics installed on your website. This belongs to your email address. Can you get a website designer to do this? If you haven’t got someone we can obviously do it if you supply the FTP details. The new Analytics goes in the header, and the old Analytics should be deleted (it’s not in the header). The web guy should understand that!

2 After an initial review of their PPC / Google Adwords account. I’ve looked at your AdWords account and it’s not running (as I’m sure you know!) because it’s incomplete. It’s useful in terms of giving me an indication of the keywords you’re interested in, but these would need to be modified to increase the likelihood of success (and keep costs down).I would probably make the main category pages into the main landing pages (the pages that ads point to) – with slight content modifications.
I would provide recommended changes for you to make (with the help of our website designer and possibly a copywriter if you need them).
So, depending on how many categories you want to start with we will be talking about around 5 or 6 landing pages. Or you could easily start with just one (the home page with modifications) and see how that goes.

To keep your costs down you could start with a single landing page, knowing that we may need to expand on that if it doesn’t prove effective.
We have a number of AdWords management packages – and it will basically come down to how many landing pages you want to use. My entry package is for a single landing page.  There’s also an option for 2-3 landing pages, and a option for up to about 10 landing pages. Up to 20 pages is also possible, and beyond that we can come to an arrangement. In addition there’s a set-up charge equal to the monthly charge, and you would also need to pay Google’s charges. I don’t tie people in to a minimum period, but in return I ask that they pre-pay. Your initial investment for an AdWords Management package for a single landing page would be £99 setup, + £50pm management, + £500 to cover Google’s fees (you will have a certain amount of control over how long that lasts).
