Over 60% of UK consumers are more likely to do business with a company after reading a positive review. So it’s worth keeping an eye on what’s being said about your business online, you can reply to some reviews (Google)  in case of a review you dont agree with and if you do agree with the review its quite good practise to follow up a good review with a comment of your own.
To check your reviews:
1 Check out your Facebook Reviews (go to your Facebook page and look at Recommendations and Reviews)
2 Check out your Google Reviews (Google your company name and review your Google Places Listing)

3 There are other companies / websites that give reviews (Yell / Trustpilot for example) but if you Google your company name and ‘review’ you should be able to find them.
