Every week a client / friend or a random associate sends us an email that has been bulk emailed to them (spam) telling them their website can be ranked higher, be more successful, get more visitors (you get the idea) and our reponse is normally something along the lines of the info below,
Thanks for forwarding this to us, its a simple advertising / bulk spam email from a rip-off SEO company that is saying your site could be better to attract visitors from the search engines.
