Onsite Investigation, Recommendations & Implementation:
1 Run a full report to highlight all problem areas on the website that will be holding it back from achieving top results.
2 Compile a report to show what needs to be done to enable Google to crawl the website more easily and identify the key phrases you want to rank highly for. This report will show the volume of onsite work that is needed across the whole website and will be providing us with a work plan for ongoing months.
3 Implement all fixes or provide solution to fix issues highlighted in the report related to coding and internal linking – getting rid of duplicate pages in Google’s index, blocking pages that don’t need to be indexed by Google, making sure all pages follow the same URL path, updating the sitemap and fixing any broken links.
4 This process will get rid of any critical site-wide problems that will essentially prevent the website from
ranking well.
Content, Meta Data, Header Tag Development & Set up for Google Places & Local Business Page :
1 As an addition to the initial onsite investigation and implementation of any critical coding errors identified, we will develop Meta Tags, Header Tags and provide revised, keyword rich content for the homepage and all the main target page for this initial campaign; The homepage and the 7 inner pages in the top
navigation – up to but not including ‘galleries’
2 We will integrate Google + and the Local Business page with your site so that you also benefit from having a better looking listing on Google. (Publisher and Authorship Markup Tags) – You can see this is not currently set up from the link I will send you via email
Offsite/Link Development (Month 3 and Ongoing):
1 From Month 3 onwards we would suggest working on developing your offsite profile through content distribution methods – We will be writing articles and posts about your brand and publishing them on other relevant websites with authority, along with a link back to your website and target pages. This work  will give you more competitive edge and will be complimenting the onsite work we will do in months 1 &
2 Each month we will present you with the links we plan to build that month to show how it fits with your investment each month. At the end of each month we will have a report that matches up with the plan to show you all work has been done as promised.
We advise investing time each month for our recommended ‘Offsite’ support
Keyword Tracking and Key Performance Indicators
Keywords for Tracking are displayed below along with current ranking positions on Google.com and Google.co.uk
1 We expect to show progress for all targeted terms within 4 months from the start of the campaign
2 We will track keywords every month to show positive movement being made
3 We will also request ‘user’ access to Google Analytics data and also use this to show increase in traffic each month.

All work done will be reported on – We strive to be fully transparent with what we do so our clients understand how we are achieving results.
We will implement all onsite recommendations if the client allows us access to the site back-end.
We ask all work to be paid for upfront prior to us starting each months plan.
