SEO overview details to website owner

Having so many clients and new clients want to promote their website recently that I have found myself writing similar information about what is involved in our SEO and webcopy services, have a look at this sample email that I have send to a few website owners recently. Prices are correct as of Feb 2011.
Hi [website owner name] We had chance to get the admin details from your previous website designer and spent time investigating your site. Looked at the website code and setup including your WordPress Blog and its setup.
I believe we can improve the site and can increase the sites visibility in the search engines which will improve your site inquries and as such your business. If you are interested in promoting your website, we would be happy to take on that project.
We talked about your website and how we can promote it in the search engines for you, I also mentioned that the site could do with some updates including new text, images and we will need new content (webcopy / text) to ensure your site gets more visibility and listed in all the search engines and ranked accordingly.
There is plenty to do on it to improve your sites ‘search friendliness’. Its search positioning currently does not represent the quality of the site and as such would think big gains in your visitor numbers and search positions could be made.

So as a package price, you can say it will be £1200 (with a deposit of £600 required to start work and the final payment of £600 at the end of the SEO project in 3 months’ time)
We are happy to do any or all of the above to help you get more visitors to the site and to get ranked higher in the search engines, which will mean you don’t spend so much on Google Adwords (paid advertising)
