SEO Recommendations

Commonly after the initial 1 month launch period for a website we review and communicate with the website owner about the direction of the website and its SEO (website promotion), the following is some example communcations to website owners.
Glad you emailed as we have been looking at your site over the last few days as part of the 3 month SEO program, we have created a SEO report for you (attached) and have made changes to the site to positively affect your ranking You have 125 pages (plus all your blog posts) shown in the attached spreadsheet.
Its less than 3 months since the site was launched and perhaps your expectations are too high as the search engines havent even indexed your site properly yet, these things take time and we cant ‘force’ them to index the site, here is the state of your site in the big 3 so far
Bing – not indexed yet
Yahoo – 2 pages indexed
Google – all  pages indexed
We have manually submitted your site and created links to it from ‘authority’ indexed pages but this is one thing we cant control, how often the search engines update their indexes.
What you need to do (and carry on doing)
1, keep posting on your blog (news section)
You should have meaningful titles to your blog posts instead of a date and you should add each blog post to a specific category (see below point 1)
2, ask friends / contact that have websites to get a link to your site, send the link bit of code to them that we sent you previously.
3, post on more forums and have your website as your ‘signature’ and try to mention your site if possible
4, if you decided to continue PPC / Adwords advertising you need to make further payments
5, if you want to add further text content to the site (under existing categories) then we can incorporate this into your pages with no charge.
What we have changed:
1, Added categories to the blog and you should put your posts under a specific category instead of just ‘blog’ when you post (its on the right of the screen when you do your blog post)
2, Optimised page titles for your key search terms
3, Added links to your site from sites with ‘authority’ (google page rank) we will continue to do this.
4, Tweaked / updated meta information on your site and will continue to do this after monitoring your rankings
PPC / Adwords advertising
1, Your advertising budget has now been used with over 2000 visits to your site from paid adverts, would recommend you continue this, obviously you havent had any work from this so this is a business decision for you but I would suggest lowering the daily budget (it was set to £20 per day) so the money will last longer.
If I could recommend one thing for you to do to improve your sites performance it would be to blog regularly (using proper headings / categories and adding photos where appropriate)
