With regards to conversation last night, just to confirm I will place an order for a new website now.
The cost for the website is £x and a monthly cost for the hosting/maintenance is £x for a minimum of 12 months.
There is also a DNS transfer fee of £x which is a one off cost to transfer the website onto your existing domain name.
Can you please confirm back to me that you would like to go ahead with the website and I will get the order done for you now.

Impressions = Number of times your PPC advert appeared in search engine results.
Clicks = How many times your PPC advert was clicked.
Keyword bid cost = Estimation of the cost to bid on the keyword based on what other advertisers are paying.
Click through rate = How many people click on your advert vs the number of people that view it.
Keywords with a + symbol = Your PPC advert will not be shown unless those keywords are present in the users search.
