Hi We recently received a text then email from you regarding website improvements. I would suggest that your website isn’t bringing in as many website visitors as it could and this is confirmed by the dramatic reduction in website visitors over the last 2 years.
What work above and beyond the articles that was built into your website have the SEO company you employed done? What has the other company owned by your ‘friend’ that done some work for you completed on your website for you? As I told you at the time these SEO companies and your ‘friend’ could harm your rankings and visitor numbers and it looks like that is what has happened here. I am sure we can help you fix / update any problems they have caused but it may take some time, the ideas I have about improving your site remain these:
There is lots you can do about it but fundamentally you have a site that has a few pages and has no links to it so you cant ‘expect’ anything short term but there are lots of things we or you can do to enhance the website including:
Short term
1, create a Facebook page / twitter account then give us links to them
2, post some news and get some ‘likes’ on your facebook page
3, use twitter and post news regularly
4, give us some testimonials to put on your site
5, add your new business to as many business directories as you can
6, join as many business forums as you can and contribute to the threads
Medium term
1, ask for links from people you work with that have established businesses / websites (exchange links)
2, get us to build you a news section (blog) to your site
3, add your news / photos to the news section
4, add new services to your website
5, created detailed information for your services and faqs pages
6, update your about page (updated company information)
Long term
1, once all the above is done we can do some advanced SEO to ensure the website has the best chance of ranking highly
2, get your other website to link to this new content
3, get someone to create content for your news section
4, Redesign the site to be ‘Responsive’, looks and works perfectly on mobile / touch enabled devices.
The redesign to make it responsive is the biggest / most important change and will make the site ‘futureproof’ and more attractive to the search engines long term.
