Service Agreement
The client has the right to withhold any payment if in any case the supplier fails to deliver the products according to the scope of work and the agreed timeframe (8 weeks).
The client has the right to terminate the contract should in any case the supplier does not show the capability in completing the project according the requirements specified by the client. The termination fees will be equivalent to the actual completion of work provided and delivered to the client up to the date of termination.
Should the client’s expectation or direction change or is the delivery of necessary resources such as copy, imagery and photography to complete the project delayed. We will suggest a flexible working process that may extend the time schedule of the 8 weeks originally agreed. We will continue the production process until the final delivery of client’s requirements (additional charges may apply). In this case we have the right to request the final payment on upon the end of week 8 and a new arrangement for ongoing production will be proposed and agreed.
If the purchase of stock photography is to be made we will make the purchases for you upon agreement of draft designs. This can be added to the final bill upon agreement with client. There are no hidden costs in our quotation other than the variable types of photography resourcing that would be agreed with you before any purchases are made on your behalf.
