Request for a quote for the design of a new website for company in Grays
Am in the process of arranging the construction of a website and I would be grateful for a quote from your web-design company.
We are currently without our own website. At the moment, we have a single web page attached to another website containing contact details and a brief description of what we do, but we lack the web presence and individual identity that our own website would provide.
We’re therefore looking for someone to design the website based our design ideas and existing logo as well as take care of technical points of hosting a website, including search engine optimisation. We already have our domain name. We would like content management of each sections with editable text areas, so that we can keep the website updated quite independently without frequent input from the website designer. An initial training session might therefore be useful to show us how to content manage and keep up the web profile; if this results in additional costs, could you provide a separate quote for training?
Breaking the quote down, we require:
i) Design of web-site template using our supplied Logo, images and content provided (HTML/ CSS development)
ii) Search engine optimisation (we will provide key words)
iii) Providing content management with editable text areas in all sections.
iv) Uploading to server and hosting
The new website would contain about 8 pages, one or two of which would have sub-sections. The pages would follow the same style with a change of one or two of the accompanying photos. The pages would be roughly as follows, with bullet points indicating possible sub-section pages (or expanding text boxes with further info):
