yes, we have done Builders websites before and have loads of high ranking / high visitor number websites. Did you know that facebook doesnt allow companies to be on fb as ‘individuals’? a few of my clients have been banned from fb for this. So your facebook account should be in your own name.
No i didnt know that, but there is thousands and large companys on Facebook
Yes but I think you will find that big companies have facebook pages and groups – just saying as they go through stages of removing people and its always very sudden and annoying especially if you have spent ages building your page up – its against their t&cs – if you want some good / local / honest advice about facebook or website stuff and hows yours can be improved I can always help. Also noticed a few problems with your website just now and can see problems being stored up on it for the future so if I was you I would get it sorted sooner rather than later

Are you with that other website design company that everyone is talking about in a non-favorable way? I hear they charge a lot and deliver not much is the owner the guy that used to work from Essex Webdesign Company in Corringham? I have heard some stuff about him and actually seeing it now isnt good – but not into slagging people off – feel free to come to my office or ask the guys at the shop to call me and will come up to chat with you. Can I give you some very very good advice by asking you a questions? Do you think you own your website? Well you dont, your website design company have registered another of their clients’s websites in their name and have been known to refuse to give them back / using them for themselves! Just checked the whole portfolio and they are all ‘owned’ by the company.
Well didnt really know too much about it at the time didnt really know to much either, need him every time i need things changed and he takes a long time to respond to us then a long time to actually make the change. I dont really know much about web site stuff just needed web site and he came in.
The company dont have a good reputation, so im told and its probably not the best idea to have your companies website owned by any company that has one part time computer programmer – the more I look at it the worse it is – sorry but as your a friend you should know your not in the best hands.
Ok appreciate what you are saying now we will let him come in to our offices and then have a look and see what happens, would like to know what you can see wrong with it perhaps you can come see us sometime?
You want them to have a look? ok but if I was you I would ask them to transfer it into your name at the very least – I can spot 5 beginners mistakes with the site that will affect its function and ranking its like me going to a travel agents for my conservatory, please dont think im ‘touting’ for business here also – we have 15 projects in progress at the moment and are totally booked for the next 4 months and I dont want to be known as acting in a un-professional manner and dont normally talk to non-client’s about their webites and will not be saying this to the company’s other clients.
Ha ha get the point, i will ask him about the ownership, and as for function and ranking already I am lost, I am only a builder but im sure i will getting back to about this, thanks for your website advice.
