We will arrange for a 50% deposit invoice to be sent over to you. We will also ask you to fill out one of our creative brief forms so we can get a little more information about your company and any ideas you may have at this time. You can take a look at the creative brief
Once received, you’ll be assigned to your designer within 48 hours and then receive your initial designs within 7 days. You then enter an unlimited design period so your dedicated designer can work on the homepage design until you are happy. Once you are fully satisfied and sign off the design, we’ll request your second payment – 25% this time. Next, our developers code and build your site including adding your website content. Once you’re happy with the way the site’s looking and functioning, we’ll request the final balance and put your finished site on to your chosen domain, live for the world to see.
Remember: We do not use templates – all of our work is originally designed by our professional website designers to your specific requirements. Design is very subjective and I understand that there will be elements which you may wish to change, this is not a problem and I would be happy to receive an email from you with any changes required to any part of the design. Please let me know your thoughts regarding the design and I will get back to you with comments and / or the revised design draft.
Once you are happy with the overall concept we can proceed to the build stage. At this part of the website development we just create 1 page so that we do not waste time making changes to other pages until the overall concept has been approved by you. If you want changes and them am happy with the website changes and there are no further changes to be made then shall I mark the home page sign off and start with the internal pages of the website?
We have created the HTML wire frame of the internal pages. Kindly have a look and send me in your suggestions. Once you approve all these pages we can then start with the coding work.
Contact 6 – The designer working on your project has now informed me your design concept has been completed. We would therefore like to take the next 25% instalment so that we can continue work on your site and finish the project. This means that the rest of the website will now be developed to follow the approved design. While you’ll be able to change text and content on the website, you won’t be able to change the position of the navigation bar and colour schemes at a later stage so you should ensure that the design matches your requirements. If you feel the Homepage is not to your satisfaction, please let me know, so I can inform your developer. The fastest method for this is to pay online via bank transfer. Once payment has been made work on your site will continue. We look forward to completing your website project and putting it live so it gets indexed in the search engines including Google.
