Prior to the launch of a new website we will invoke a period of testing. This is designed to give the new website owner time to approve all aspects of the site and make sure every aspect they expect is correctly functioning and accounted for.
Should there be any errors or omissions as a result of Delicious Webdesign will amend these immediately and free of charge. Alternatively should you require any changes outside of the original specification these will be deemed a “change request” and dealt with accordingly. Any changes/additions made to the design or site once design has been signed off will be subject to change request charges should they be incurred.
It’s vital at this point you are 100% happy for the website to be launched, we will allow a period of 48 hours to test the website for any issues.If we do not receive any contact after the 48 hour period, we will take this as sign of approval and the final remainder of the invoice shall be raised in accordance with our terms and conditions.
