Was good to talk earlier, don’t think you should move the email management to a 3rd party company, especially a SEO company that wants to simply sell you something, as this wont give you any benefit and will involve cost and disruption to your business for no real gain. We can continue to build / promote / support you and with a year on year unique visitor number increase of 37% we obviously know what we are doing, to use your own words. Just to recap our work since the start of the year this is an overview of what we have completed:

I propose we create a responsive / content managed site and create unique content all pages but using the testimonials / text / photos you have sent (testimonials will obviously have to be amended to remove the old company name and to reflect your new name if you want to use them). Includes domain registration / hosting for 1 year , email setup etc
2 Video – Script creation / narration / video production / youtube upload / embedding in webite(s)
3 Posts / Ongoing Webcopy / SEO – SEO / Link Building / Technical SEO including news posts (minimum of 12 with photos) over 9 month period

To complete the current work we have to do 4-6 more posts and receive your new photos to complete the video, continue the SEO and obtain more links.
Going forward I propose we create news posts every week then share these posts by adding this to facebook also, we would also continue to SEO / Tweak / improve the site going forward. We would / could consider a language translation function and an online chat function built into the site.
