If you require more than 60 minutes work per month or have multiple websites, then our service is flexible enough to accommodate your requirements.
What’s included in your Website Support Package?
Delicious Webdesign will spend time each month, adding content, changing content or even redesigning the site for you to your instructions. There will be no difference between what you conceive as maintenance or new development; we will still carry out the work as part of this package. Where work is expected to take over the 1hr we will inform you of any additional charges for your approval.
For a monthly subscription of £65 you get 60 minutes support time you can get direct access to our Website support team and dedicated priority service with 2 hour response.
Responsive telephone and email support, updates, content changes or even new development. Changes should be sent via e-mail. Website Support is a proactive service that works to add business value for our clients. Working with our client’s approval, any unused monthly time allocation could be used for the following:
- Testing of your web sites’ pages, links, images and forms.
- We will manually visit your website and randomly check pages for any error messages, broken links, images not displaying correctly etc
- Support and setup of email newsletter or marketing campaigns (including our mailchimp Newsletter service).
- Advice and support with internet marketing.
- A monthly Web stats report will detail the work we have carried out to your web sites.This will highlight the results of each months testing and any maintenance or development work undertaken on your behalf. Should work exceed the allocated time and incur additional charges a work report will accompany the invoice.
- Monthly Google search engine performance report comprising page rank and keyword assessment
- Online access to Google Analytics reports, if hosted with us. Summary report available on request.
- Assistance with social media updates. Any major changes will need to be discussed and quoted for separately.
- Creation and management of Google Maps / Places account.
- Browser / device compatibility testing (as new browsers, versions or devices are launched).
- Browsers and devices, like search engines, are under constant development. Manufacturers’ attempts to provide improved functionality and new entrants to the marketplace mean that your web site might not display properly or even work fully in new browsers versions or on new devices.
- We will test your web site for compatibility. Where remedial action is required, this will be documented for you.
Additional Costs
If we believe that requested work will take your account over the allocated time then we will bring this to your attention with an estimated cost. However if work over the month exceeds this time you will be invoiced at our standard website support rate (2012 rate is £30 per hour).
