Thanks for coming in and meeting us again. As I’m sure you gathered from the meeting we’d definitely be able to get your site brushed up and sorted. You initialy informed us that you were considering a new website and would like you to quote as per the attached brief using your vivid imagination for a state of the art look with full working facility.
We haven’t deterred too much from the initial quote, but I’ll run through it again to ensure we havent missed anything:
Fully responsive design and build (to be mobile friendly to mobile and tablet devices).
Completely bespoke design and build
Built on a WordPress CMS (Content management system) so you can make changes yourself.
Approximately 150 ‘Main Pages’ That are navigable from your main menu. Most of these pages have their own gallery
A blog / News section
Multiple PDFs to download on their own page
Contact enquiry forms.
Recruitment Section
Multiple Galleries
Projects Section
Master / General gallery page (as well as galleries on each of the various sub-pages)
Links to your social media pages and integrated feeds in the website footer
The purchase / editing and use of any stock images that may be required
The only thing that we didn’t allocate for was re-skinning all of the gallery sections – I’d just allocate an extra day to this, to make sure it’s skinned and integrated ok. Taking the total cost up to the higher level mentiond below.
If you’re ok and happy to proceed, I’ll get a deposit invoice over to you for 50% and we can get cracking on your website design and SEO project.
Continued management of the website would be priced at an hourly rate, depending on what tweaks / changes / additions you would like. We work on an hourly rate. We would agree an approximate time upfront (just so you’re not hit with any unexpected bills!).
SEO is a tricky one, I would suggest an initial 3 month package to get the foundation sorted, with the view beyond this point to manage your social media and make SEO tweaks as and when is required. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to quote for you.
You have informed us recently that on this occasion you shall continue to use your existing web design company. However if you would be interested in our other marketing programs please let us know. We are happy that you have found a great website design company and that’s not a problem at all for us. If they do a bad job or you get any problems you know where we are. If we can help you with anything else, such as leaflets, adverts, anything print just let us know.
